This was the best car buying experience. I searched over the internet and found Rivergate had a specific vehicle I was interested in. I wasn't expecting to actually purchase at the time. I was open to it, but not in a hurry. Just bought my second Camry in two years. Having Mr Johnson walk you through a hassle free process makes your life so much easier. He knows his stuff and won't lie to you. I won't go to any other toyota dealership. As long as he's employed at Rivergate toyota I'll be getting my cars there if he's not there I'm not dealing with anyone else hands down.

Brought my first Toyota two days ago. Jimmie Shaw is an excellent salesman, he answered my questions and was very courteous. He made sure that the vehicle I chose had everything on it I was looking for. Then there was Jay, he does an excellent job explaining how to operate all the features. I just recently purchased my first car from here, Rivergate Toyota, and I must say that the customer service was great! Paper work to the negotiations was to a "T" stress-free. Salesman "Mr.Tep" was great. He helped explained everything and answered all of our questions with great perfessionalism. No one was ever rude, like at some dealership. I totally recommend Rivergate Toyota! I love my new 2015 Corolla S!
