The 2021 Toyota Corolla has all sorts great standard features. For instance, you can expect Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, Amazon Alexa integration, Bluetooth capability, SiriusXM radio, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and Toyota Connected Services access. Comprehensive Safety Suite
The 2021 Corolla has the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 (TSS 2.0) standard safety and driver assistive suite. Included in the TSS 2.0 are a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, automatic high-beam headlights, full-speed range dynamic radar cruise control, lane-departure alert with steering assist, lane tracing assist, and road sign assist. Blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert is available as well.
There are two different available engines on the 2021 Toyota Corolla: a 1.8L four-cylinder and a 2.0L four-cylinder. The 1.8L four-cylinder produces 139 horsepower and gets 30/38/33 mpg. It can be found on the L, LE, and XLE trims. The 2.0L engine puts out 169 horses and is rated at 31/40/34 mpg. It can be found on the SE, SE Nightshade, and XSE trims. All models come standard with a CVT, except the SE trim, which is equipped with a six-speed manual that can be upgraded to a CVT if so desired. The six-speed manual is also available on the XSE trim.
